- All pieces are made to order and shipped from Sydney. All orders are sent via Australia post.
- Our pieces are made by hand with lots and love, time and care. Please allow 2-4 business days for products to be made before shipment.
- Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will automatically be sent to you by email.
- If you need a piece urgently, please email us at and we’ll make every effort to have your piece shipped to you as quickly as possible.

- Express shipping 1-3 business days - $14.10

- All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars
- All international orders will be shipped via Australia Post with a flat rate shipping fee of $30 Australian Dollars with tracking.
- Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out. Please refer to your country’s government website for more information.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after the purchase of goods with a valid proof of purchase.

To qualify for a return:
1) Items must be in the original condition without signs of wear or damage.
2) Items must be returned by mail in the all the original packaging.

All items will be inspected and quality insurance checked on return, and it remains at the discretion of Lily & Kate Jewellery as to whether the item will be accepted for a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on gift cards or pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.

Returns postage will be at the buyer’s expense. All items including gift boxes must be protected in secure packaging when you return the item. Lily & Kate Jewellery do not accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
