What is 14k gold filled?

  • Express Shipping in Australia $14.10 (1-3 business days)
  • Overseas Shipping has a flat rate of $30

RETURNS

What if I don’t love my jewellery?

We want you to be happy with your jewellery! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings.

Gift cards are also non-refundable.

I received a faulty item. What do I do?

All pieces at Lily & Kate Jewellery are quality controlled, however sometimes faults can slip through. If you have received a faulty product, please email us at hello@lilyandkatejewellery.com

If an item is deemed faulty, we will cover all postage costs to return the item to us and will replace it with an identical item whenever possible.
