Welcome to Lily & Kate Jewellery. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (www.lilyandkatejewellery.com) and the purchase of our handmade jewellery. By accessing this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

1. General Terms

  • This website is owned and operated by Lily & Kate Jewellery. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lily & Kate Jewellery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • Prices, product availability, and services are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

 

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed securely via Shopify, PayPal, Afterpay, and other third-party payment providers.
  • Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear to be fraudulent, incomplete, or placed by resellers.
  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
  • For international orders, duties and taxes are not included in the checkout price and are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • All jewellery is handmade to order in Sydney, Australia. Please allow 1-3 business days for production before shipping.
  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking details provided upon dispatch.
  • Shipping Rates:
    • Australia: Standard $10.50 (2-7 business days) | Express $14.10 (1-3 business days)
    • International: Flat rate $30 AUD | Delivery 10-15 business days (subject to customs)
  • Urgent Orders: If you need expedited processing, contact hello@lilyandkatejewellery.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We want you to love your jewellery! If your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@lilyandkatejewellery.com.

 

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
  • Returns are not accepted for pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons) or gift cards.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except for faulty items).

 

5. Product Accuracy & Colours

  • We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display colours exactly as they appear in person.
  • As our jewellery is handmade, minor variations may occur between individual pieces.

 

6. Personal Information & Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide services (e.g., payment processing, order fulfillment).
  • All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
