Lily & Kate Jewellery ships worldwide

- All pieces are made to order and shipped from Sydney. All orders are sent via Australia post.
- Our pieces are made by hand with lots and love, time and care. Please allow 3-5 business days for products to be made before shipment.
- Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will automatically be sent to you by email.
- If you need a piece urgently, please email us at lilyandkatejewellery@gmail.com and we’ll make every effort to have your piece shipped to you as quickly as possible.

NATIONAL ORDERS:

- Standard shipping 2-7 business days - $10
- Express shipping 1-3 business days - $14
- Free shipping for orders over $200

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

- All international orders will be shipped via Australia Post with a flat rate shipping fee of $30 Australian Dollars with tracking.
- Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out. Please refer to your country’s government website for more information.
- Please allow 10-15 business days to receive your order

 

RETURNS: 

- Please choose carefully. We do not offer returns or exchanges. Please follow our Product Care Guide to ensure long lasting jewellery.
- We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults. Please send us an email with an image of your damaged jewellery.
