Shipping & processing
- All Lily & Kate Jewellery pieces are handmade to order and shipped from Sydney, Australia via Australia Post.
- As each piece is crafted with love and care, please allow 1-3 business days for production before shipment.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
- If you need your order urgently, please email us at hello@lilyandkatejewellery.com, and we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.
National orders (Australia)
- Standard Shipping (2-7 business days) - $10.50
- Express Shipping (1-3 business days) - $14.10
- Free Express Shipping on orders over - $99
International orders
- All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Flat rate international shipping via Australia Post is $30 AUD (includes tracking).
- Duties and taxes are not included at checkout. Please check your country’s government website for more information.
- Please allow 10-15 business days for international delivery.
Returns & exchanges
- We want you to love your jewellery, but if your item is faulty, please email us at hello@lilyandkatejewellery.com so we can assist you.
Return Policy
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging by mail.
- All items will be quality checked upon return. Refund approval is at the discretion of Lily & Kate Jewellery.
Important notes
- Change of mind returns: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Pierced earrings & gift cards: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
- Return postage is at the buyer’s expense, and items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Lily & Kate Jewellery is not responsible for lost or damaged return items.
